  • Secret Santa Time!!!

Tis the first of December and that means only twenty four days to the arrival of Mr Claus.

So last year Secret Santa went down pretty well, if you remember, good, if you dont or are new then this is what happens, you can either leave a comment or PM me to say you want to take part, I usually give it about a week or just over for everyone to join in, then I ask you all to pick a number and you then write a post about the person you have picked, either about them or their blog, the best post will win a prize and I will choose an independant adjudicator to choose the winner.

Dont know what the prize is right now but it will be after Christmas when it arrives :)

Due to the absence of several bloggers that are up to Shennanigans in the City of the Pool, I will repost this in a couple of days.

Remember it is all in fun, like the Bloscars, so come on join in.

Molly hates rain, but she is a good dog and so she knows she has to go out for her walks. As we left the house we were met with howling winds and driving icy rain, this is Heathcliffe country after all!

She was good and though she disliked she didnt pull on the lead any more than normal, the nearest place to take her is a good few minutes away, down the street, over the road, down the road, along another street to a field. I let her off the lead and off she shot in to the field, ah thought I, she is getting used to it and knows she has to go, one minute she is in the middle of the field and the next she is back and off up the road, I called she stopped and gave me that look, as if to say do I have to? As I placed the lead on. On the way back it was pretty much Molly leading the way, in fact if I had had a sled or cart she would have probably pulled it with no problem. I have thought that she still wasn' sure which was our gate, as every time we go out she goes past and only stops when I do, she had no problem finding the gate or pushing it open this morning :))

She is now laid in front of the fire where she flopped once she made sure I had hung up the lead and wasn't going to force her back out in the wet stuff. I dont know she is a softie!

I have to go out now, again, as my son has to get up for work and with working late last night he is not going to be able to get himself up, so once again in to the pouring rain I venture. I will however be back, minus the Ousi, and will then see if I can catch up on some more blogs while everyone is away and not writing them. ;)
